Return request will not be valid for customized products, fresh cut flower, fresh flower bouquet, fresh flower arrangement and  the items under Special offers, during Special Occasions like New Year, Eid, Valentine’s Day etc. . . .

The product must be in the original packaging and if the has been repotted or the original packaging of the accessories is missing, refund won’t be possible.

Note:  For issues beyond our control such as: airborne pests and diseases such as box blight, unstable temperature ( too high/low) , fungal leaf spot or aphids we cannot accept any responsibility beyond 3 days.
